3101 W Glenwood - Pyramid Lofts
Pyramid Lofts, located at 3101 W. Glenwood Avenue in Philadelphia’s Brewerytown neighborhood, offers a distinctive living experience rooted in history and design. Originally constructed in 1922 as a warehouse for Harry C. Kahn & Sons, the building later became home to Pyramid Electric Supply Company before sitting vacant for over a decade—eventually evolving into a canvas for local and national graffiti artists. In 2016, the building was thoughtfully reimagined into a modern residential community, now featuring 50 loft-style apartments, approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial space, gated parking, and both indoor and outdoor amenity areas. Each residence embraces a design-forward aesthetic, showcasing exposed concrete floors, ductwork, conduit, and structural columns. Expansive windows, soaring ceilings, and open layouts create bright, airy spaces with sweeping views of Fairmount Park and the Center City skyline.
